Personal Information:

When you provide your personal information to The Tours Program, Inc. (such as name, address, phone number, company name, or the service you are purchasing) we will not give or sell your individual information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with The Tours Program, Inc. Additionally, internal practices help protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of "customer data."

Unsolicited Email:

Our intention is to only send e-mail to customers or to individuals whom we believe have chosen to receive such e-mails. At any time you have the right to 'opt out' of receiving future Tours Program communications. Send an email to: sales@thetoursprogram.com with the email subject “removal”. Your name and email address will be removed from all future emails and communications.

Credit Card Transactions:

In an effort to provide our clients with the highest level of security while maintaining our personal standards of quality service over the Internet, The Tours Program utilizes the services of "CyberSource" to provide a SSL encrypted method for transmitting all on-line credit card transactions to Cardservice International. "CyberSource" is a registered member of The VeriSign Secure Site Program. When utilizing this service you can be assured that credit card information collected by them in their secure SSL session is encrypted to protect against disclosures to third parties.

When using CyberSource, the credit card processing company for The Tours Program, Inc. “all orders and payment information sent from the merchant's Web server will be encrypted using industry standard RC4 1024-bit encryption with SSL Version 3. This encrypted and secure data is routed to CyberSource, decrypted and processed. All processed information (Approved/Declined transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely back to the Web site. Once at the Web server, it is decrypted and displayed to the consumer. Also, order confirmation e-mails are sent to the consumer and to the merchant. The CyberSource SSL API guarantees that the orders and payment information generated by the merchant's Web server remain totally secure.”

Clients preferring not to provide credit card information through our secure on-line system, have the option to provide the necessary credit card information via telephone. All manual transactions are processed via the secure SSL encrypted website of CyberSource. All manual credit card information is housed in a locked and secure area until all services are rendered and are then destroyed.
