GENERAL INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER

Departure Points:
Our typical tour departure points for motor coach tours are as follows:
 
Alexandria, VA: Van Dorn Metro Station, Eisenhower Drive & S. Van Dorn St.
Bethesda/Rockville, MD: Grosvenor Metro Station. Rockville Pike, 1/4 mile north of I-495
Columbia, MD: Brokenland Parkway Park & Ride Lot, Rte 32 ,1/2 mile west of I-95
 
Please refer to your final "Travel Itinerary" to confirm times and location of departure for all other tours. Additional departure points may be established for a group, if the itinerary permits. We reserve the right to change any departures. Departures are arranged in the direction of travel for the convenience of passengers.
 
Seating:
On all over-night tours, we do use a daily seat rotation system. We allow you to choose your seat when you get on, and rotate from there. We feel this is a fair way to all involved. If the coach is not full, a less formal rotation may be used at our discretion.

Smoking:
We make regular stops for rest rooms and the convenience of smokers, however we have a NO SMOKING policy during the transportation portion for all tours.
 
Alcohol:
No consumption of alcoholic beverages on the coach at any time.
 
Transportation:
Most of our tours are by deluxe, wide-body motor coach. These are equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats, stereo and rest rooms and are built for your total comfort. All tours are escorted for your convenience.
 
Lodging:
Your lodging is included on all overnight tours. All hotels are AAA rated. We never use second-rate hotels, restaurants, or activities on any tour.
 
Luggage:
One suitcase per person is included in the price of your tour. You are also permitted a carry-on which is your responsibility. Luggage tags are required for hotel identification.

 
Dietary:
Our goal is to ensure you have an enjoyable tour. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements you may require. We will make every attempt to meet your request.
 
Medication:
Please be sure to bring sufficient prescription medication to cover your time away from home.
 
Privacy Statement:
It is our sincere wish that all "travel partners" sign up to receive future email notifications from us. We will never share, sell or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advanced permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services related to our communications with you. Responsibility:
We act only as agents and are not responsible to any person for any loss of time and/or money, due to change or delay beyond our control. Any claims must be made in writing, within 30 days of the trip return date.
 
Taxes and Gratuities:
All taxes and gratuities for included meals and activities are included unless otherwise mentioned by the tour escort. Driver gratuities are not included in the price of the tour and are optional. Let the quality of the service you receive by your guide.
 
Payment:
On one-day tours, the payment should be made with the reservations. For overnight tours, per the advertisement, the balance of an overnight tour is due 45 days prior to departure (unless otherwise notified). A confirmation will be sent to you after we receive your deposit. Use a copy of your confirmation when you mail in your final payment if you reserve by telephone, we will hold your place for 7 days while you forward your deposit. Please contact us if you decide not to go.
Travel Cancellation Insurance:
In the unlikely event you are unable to participate or complete any scheduled multi-day tour, a Travel Cancellation Insurance Policy is available for purchase. Please request information on this valued customer service.
 
Refunds:
Up to 30 days prior to departure date a full refund will be made. Please note air and cruise tours may be different - please ask for details. From 30 days until the day before the tour, a $25.00 per person charge, plus prepaid reservation fees that we cannot recover will be deducted. We cannot guarantee anything, however we will do our best to recover as much as we can. There will be no refund, for any reason, for a "no show" on the day of the tour.
 
Canceled Tours:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour that has not received a minimum number of reservations. We also reserve the right to change tour prices and itinerary, if so dictated by circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel, or refuse service to anyone deemed undesirable. We always try to avoid changes and cancellations as we understand the inconvenience to you, our valued travel partner.
 
Tours Outside the USA:
Please be sure to have a legal I.D. with you. A birth certificate or passport is accepted in most circumstances. A drivers license is not considered legal identification. For tours outside the country, other than Canada, you may be required to have a passport and/or a visa. If you sign up for an overseas tour it is best to go ahead and get a passport and we will inform you of the passport requirements.
 
Returned Check Fee:
In accordance with the laws in the Virginia, if a check is returned for any reason an additional $25 fee will be assessed. This amount is payable immediately, via certified check or money order.
